The 5 star definitely ended at the lobby. Very dissapointing!
We had to ask daily for milk for rhe room. The coffee was like recycled coffee grinds, the 14$ cocktails, no garnish, large bintangs 16...

Great staff, lovely grounds. Tired room
Staff were fantastic, grounds are beautiful, but the tired room did let the place down.
The room was clean but showing its age.
The bathroom in particular was not up to scratch.
