Great service good location!

DON’T STAY until and unless you are bound to because of unavailability of rooms in Arena/Kaani Palm.
Amenities are nice but you can’t overlook the rudeness of the housekeepers and staffs. The front guys are nice. The worst experience I had to face is, I had to pay USD 15 each for two beach towels...
