Terrible hotel 100% disgusting
Disgusting and unacceptable situation with the management. At least you should reply the message. Yesterday we went to the hotel for explaining you the problem, 5minutes after booking. Your response...

Disgraceful
Unless you want to be totally disappointed, dont go.
Stayed there previously and it was fine, this time a disaster from start to finish....booked out three days into a 9 day stay.
