Great Hotel but checking in and "upgrades" are a problem.
We arrived at the hotel. We had 3 rooms booked. Granted we were early. We were advised that we'd need to wait about an hour to get one of the rooms and we should sit in the waiting room and they...

Very clean and friendly
Rooms are very clean and spacious. Clean linen every day. Nothing was to much trouble. Great shower and full size bath. Great big pillows and comfy bed
