We had our wedding on the beach at the Mercure Sanur. Everything organised by Novi at the hotel.
All our friends and family stayed at the hotel as well. What amazing staff and we had the best day...

Room was large had a great air-conditioning the bed fantastic we had great sleep.
The room attendants Miki and Ngurah were just great nothing was to much trouble & the room cleaned superbly each day...

Toilet
Nice hotell, but the toilet in the room is not working right. I have complaned 5 times, but nothing happen. The personal is ignoring my request, So that is bad service😥we have paid a lot for thise...
