Payment Options at WIOTTO

At WIOTTO, we aim to make the payment process clear, secure, and straightforward. Once your luxury island holiday has been confirmed, our team will provide official payment instructions based on your booking, destination, currency, and preferred payment method.

Payments for bookings made through WIOTTO are processed by WIOTTO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Secure Payment Methods

WIOTTO currently supports the following payment options for confirmed bookings.

1. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is usually the preferred payment method for bookings, extended stays, private villas, family holidays, and luxury resort reservations.

This method is secure, traceable, and suitable for international payments in major currencies.

Depending on your booking, payment may be requested in USD, EUR, GBP, or another agreed currency. The payment currency and deadline will be clearly stated in your quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

Please only send payments to the official bank details provided to you directly by WIOTTO.

2. Credit or Debit Card

Card payment are available for bookings at a 4% extra charge. This is not a charge from WIOTTO but from the respective credit card company.

This can be a convenient option for international clients who prefer to pay by credit card or debit card. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

3. Alternative Payment Arrangements

For certain bookings, WIOTTO may be able to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

This may include staged payments, split payments, payment in a specific currency, or another agreed method depending on the booking value, supplier requirements, and payment deadline.

Alternative payment arrangements must always be confirmed by WIOTTO in writing before payment is made.

Payment Security

For your security, payment instructions are provided only in writing by WIOTTO.

Before making a payment, please check that the payment details match the official instructions sent to you by our team. If you receive unexpected payment instructions, changed bank details, or a suspicious message, please contact WIOTTO before sending funds.

WIOTTO will never ask you to make a payment to an unrelated personal account.

Bank Fees and Currency Conversion

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply fees, intermediary bank charges, exchange rates, or currency conversion costs.

These charges are outside WIOTTO’s control and are the responsibility of the client unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If payment is made in a different currency from the quoted currency, exchange rate differences may apply.

Confirmation After Payment

Your booking is confirmed only once WIOTTO has received the required payment and issued a written booking confirmation.

After payment is received, WIOTTO will arrange or issue the relevant confirmation documents, which may include accommodation confirmation, transfer details, vouchers, itinerary, payment receipt, or other travel documents.

Please do not book independent flights or make non-refundable travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing.
