Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, travel arrangements, and use of the website wiotto.com.

By using our website, requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Company Information

WIOTTO is operated by WIOTTO LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

Company name: WIOTTO LTD
Company number: 17253028
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Website: https://wiotto.com
Email: [email protected]
WhatsApp: +41 76 790 18 03

In these Terms and Conditions, “WIOTTO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WIOTTO LTD.

2. Our Services

WIOTTO is a specialist online platform for arranging luxury island holidays, including accommodation, transfers, excursions, and selected travel-related services in destinations such as the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, Indonesia, and other carefully selected island destinations.

We help clients compare luxury properties, request personalised recommendations, confirm reservations, process payments, and receive support before, during, and after travel.

For clarity:

“Accommodation” means any hotel, resort, private villa, residence, apartment, lodge, or other place of stay arranged through WIOTTO.

“Travel Services” means the services included in your confirmed booking, which may include accommodation, transfers, domestic transport, excursions, experiences, spa bookings, restaurant reservations, or other travel-related services.

“Travel Supplier” means any third-party provider involved in your trip, including accommodation providers, transfer operators, destination management companies, excursion providers, domestic transport providers, restaurants, spa operators, diving centres, guides, and other service providers.

“Booking” means the confirmed arrangements set out in your written quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, itinerary, or travel documents.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, WIOTTO acts as an intermediary arranging Travel Services with independent Travel Suppliers. The Travel Services themselves are usually provided by the relevant Travel Suppliers, whose own terms and conditions may also apply.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms and Conditions when you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, ask us to reserve Travel Services, confirm a booking, make a payment, or travel under arrangements organised through WIOTTO.

If you book on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of everyone in your party. You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers understand the terms that apply to their trip.

4. Booking Process

A booking is not confirmed simply because you submit an enquiry, receive a quotation, or select a property on our website.

A booking becomes confirmed only when:

  1. Availability has been checked;
  2. You have accepted the final quotation and booking conditions;
  3. WIOTTO has received the required payment; and
  4. WIOTTO has issued a written booking confirmation.

Until confirmation is issued, all prices, availability, room or villa categories, transfers, special offers, benefits, and other Travel Services remain subject to change.

You should not make independent arrangements, including international flights, until your booking has been confirmed in writing.

5. Quotations, Prices, and Availability

All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued. After this period, prices and availability may change.

Prices may change before confirmation due to availability, exchange rates, supplier pricing, tax changes, seasonal supplements, transfer costs, special offer conditions, compulsory meals, local charges, or errors in information supplied to us.

WIOTTO makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate prices and information, but no price is guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and the required payment has been received.

If a price changes before confirmation, we will inform you before proceeding.

6. What Is Included in Your Booking

Your booking includes only the Travel Services expressly stated in your written quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, itinerary, or travel documents.

Depending on the booking, this may include accommodation, applicable taxes, mandatory service charges, airport transfers, boat transfers, seaplane transfers, domestic transfers, selected meal plans, confirmed special offers, honeymoon or family benefits, excursions, experiences, or other services specifically confirmed in writing.

Where WIOTTO states that taxes or transfers are included, this applies only to the taxes and transfers expressly included in your confirmed booking.

7. What Is Not Included

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, your booking does not include international flights, travel insurance, visa or passport costs, vaccination or health-related costs, meals or drinks outside the confirmed meal plan, spa treatments, excursions, diving or water sports, minibar charges, laundry, telephone charges, tips, early check-in, late check-out, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion costs, payment provider fees, or local charges payable directly at the destination.

You are responsible for all costs not specifically included in your confirmed booking.

8. Payments

Payments for bookings made through WIOTTO are processed by WIOTTO LTD, unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

Payment instructions will be provided in writing. You should only make payments using the official payment details supplied by WIOTTO.

Depending on your booking, we may require full payment, a deposit, staged payments, or payment by a specific deadline. The applicable payment schedule will be shown in your quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

If payment is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled and cancellation charges may apply.

9. Payment Methods, Fees, and Currency

WIOTTO may accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, online payment link, or another agreed method.

Additional charges may apply depending on the payment method. These may include card processing fees, bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, foreign exchange charges, or payment provider fees.

Your own bank, card issuer, or payment provider may also apply charges or exchange rates. WIOTTO is not responsible for fees or exchange rate differences applied by third parties.

Prices may be quoted in USD, EUR, GBP, or another currency depending on the destination, supplier, or booking. If payment or refund is made in a different currency from the quoted currency, exchange rate differences may apply.

10. Booking Confirmation and Travel Documents

After your booking is confirmed and payment has been received, WIOTTO will issue or arrange the relevant booking documents.

These may include accommodation confirmations, transfer details, travel vouchers, itineraries, payment receipts, excursion confirmations, and other relevant documents.

You must check all documents carefully as soon as you receive them. If anything is incorrect, you must notify WIOTTO immediately.

WIOTTO is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by you, including names, travel dates, passport details, flight details, guest ages, rooming arrangements, or special requirements.

11. Special Requests

We will do our best to assist with special requests, including honeymoon benefits, anniversaries, birthdays, dietary requirements, room preferences, adjacent rooms, baby cots, extra beds, spa reservations, restaurant bookings, diving, excursions, and private transfers.

Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by WIOTTO or the relevant Travel Supplier.

Some requests may be subject to availability, local restrictions, minimum stay rules, or additional charges.

12. Amendments by You

If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, you must contact WIOTTO in writing.

Changes may include new dates, different accommodation, room or villa category changes, transfer changes, guest changes, meal plan changes, or amendments to excursions and experiences.

All amendments are subject to availability and Travel Supplier approval. Additional costs may apply, including supplier fees, fare differences, cancellation and rebooking costs, currency differences, and administrative charges.

Some bookings, including promotional rates, peak season stays, private villas, and non-refundable rates, may not be changeable.

13. Cancellation by You

Cancellation requests must be submitted to WIOTTO in writing.

Your cancellation will take effect only when WIOTTO receives your written request.

Cancellation charges depend on the terms of the relevant Travel Suppliers and the specific booking conditions provided to you. Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable from the time of confirmation.

Cancellation charges may depend on the destination, travel dates, accommodation type, season, special offer conditions, length of stay, group size, and proximity to arrival.

You should review the applicable cancellation terms before making payment.

14. Refunds

Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms and refund policies applicable to your booking.

Where a refund is due, WIOTTO will process it after receiving the relevant approval or refund from the applicable Travel Supplier, where supplier approval is required.

Refund amounts may be reduced by supplier cancellation charges, non-refundable components, bank fees, card fees, payment provider charges, currency conversion losses, and reasonable administrative costs.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless WIOTTO agrees otherwise in writing.

Refund processing times may vary depending on Travel Suppliers, banks, card issuers, payment providers, and currencies.

15. Non-Refundable Rates and Special Offers

Some bookings are offered at promotional, early booking, last-minute, festive season, villa, honeymoon, family, or other special rates.

These rates may carry stricter payment, amendment, and cancellation conditions. They may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to immediate payment.

The applicable conditions will be provided before confirmation where relevant.

16. Changes or Cancellations by Travel Suppliers

Travel Suppliers may occasionally change or cancel services due to overbooking, renovation, maintenance, weather, safety concerns, transport disruption, government restrictions, local regulations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond their control.

If a significant change occurs, WIOTTO will use reasonable efforts to assist you in finding a suitable alternative where available.

If a refund is offered by the Travel Supplier, WIOTTO will assist in processing it according to the applicable supplier terms.

WIOTTO is not responsible for the acts, omissions, service failures, operational decisions, or changes made by independent Travel Suppliers, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

17. Destination-Specific Conditions

Luxury island holidays often involve local logistics that are different from standard city hotel bookings.

In the Maldives, seaplane transfers generally operate only during daylight hours. Depending on your international flight arrival time, an overnight stay in Malé may be required before reaching your island.

In the Seychelles, inter-island transfers, domestic flights, ferries, private transfers, and vehicle rentals should often be arranged in advance, especially during peak travel periods.

In Mauritius, popular activities such as catamaran cruises, golf, private island excursions, and dolphin experiences may have limited availability.

In Indonesia, entry requirements, domestic transfers, and local travel conditions may vary depending on nationality, island, season, and local rules.

WIOTTO will provide guidance where possible, but you remain responsible for reviewing your itinerary, flight times, transfer requirements, and travel documents before departure.

18. Flights

Unless expressly stated in writing, WIOTTO does not arrange international flights.

You are responsible for booking flights that align with your accommodation and transfer arrangements.

Before booking flights, you should check the correct arrival airport, arrival time, departure time, transfer feasibility, visa or transit requirements, and whether an overnight stay is required before reaching your final destination.

WIOTTO is not responsible for losses caused by independently booked flights, flight delays, airline cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, baggage issues, or airline schedule changes.

If your flight schedule changes, you must notify WIOTTO as soon as possible so that transfer arrangements can be reviewed.

19. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party have valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, health documents, transit documents, and any other documents required for travel.

Requirements may vary depending on nationality, country of residence, destination, transit country, passport type, age, length of stay, airline rules, and government regulations.

WIOTTO may provide general guidance, but this does not replace official advice from embassies, consulates, airlines, government authorities, or border agencies.

WIOTTO is not responsible if you are refused boarding, denied entry, delayed, fined, deported, or otherwise affected because you do not meet travel document or entry requirements.

20. Travel Insurance

WIOTTO strongly recommends that every traveller obtains comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Your insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, travel delays, missed connections, baggage loss, theft, supplier failure, weather disruption, events beyond your control, and activities such as diving, water sports, or excursions where relevant.

WIOTTO does not sell travel insurance and does not guarantee that any insurance policy will cover your circumstances. You should review your policy carefully and obtain advice from your insurer.

21. Health, Safety, and Traveller Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to travel and participate in any activities included in your itinerary.

You should check health requirements, vaccination recommendations, medication restrictions, pregnancy travel rules, diving restrictions, water sports risks, local safety guidance, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, and allergy requirements before travelling.

You must comply with local laws, Travel Supplier rules, safety instructions, and reasonable standards of behaviour.

WIOTTO may refuse or terminate assistance where conduct causes risk, damage, disruption, legal issues, or danger to travellers, staff, suppliers, or property. In such cases, refunds may not be available.

22. Children, Families, Villas, and Group Bookings

If travelling with children, you must provide accurate ages at the time of booking. Child pricing, occupancy rules, transfer requirements, meal plans, and property policies may depend on the child’s age at the date of travel.

Some properties have restrictions relating to children in overwater villas, adults-only areas, minimum ages for activities, babysitting, kids’ clubs, extra beds, and room occupancy.

Private villas, residences, and group bookings may also have special terms, including higher deposits, stricter cancellation rules, security deposits, house rules, event restrictions, maximum occupancy limits, and damage charges.

You are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with the applicable rules.

23. Check-In, Check-Out, and Property Rules

Check-in and check-out times vary by property and destination.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

Accommodation providers may require passport copies, credit card authorisation, security deposits, guest registration forms, and payment for extras.

You are responsible for complying with all property rules, including restaurant policies, dress codes, safety rules, damage policies, and conduct requirements.

24. Website and Property Information

WIOTTO makes reasonable efforts to ensure that website content, property descriptions, pricing, images, maps, inclusions, and destination information are accurate.

However, some information is provided by Travel Suppliers and may change without notice.

Images and descriptions are for general guidance and may not always reflect the exact room, villa, beach condition, view, furniture, layout, facilities, restaurant opening hours, renovation status, or activities available during your stay.

WIOTTO is not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in information supplied by Travel Suppliers, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

25. Errors and Corrections

Occasionally, prices, availability, descriptions, inclusions, or other information may be displayed incorrectly due to technical errors, supplier errors, system issues, typographical mistakes, or outdated information.

WIOTTO reserves the right to correct errors before confirmation.

If a material error is discovered before your booking is confirmed, we will inform you and you may decide whether to proceed at the corrected price or terms.

26. Package Travel and Statutory Rights

Some bookings may qualify as a package or linked travel arrangement under applicable travel laws, depending on the services selected, how they are combined, and how they are sold.

Where mandatory legal protections apply, WIOTTO will comply with them. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights, package travel rights, or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, WIOTTO does not arrange international flights as part of its standard service.

27. Events Beyond Our Control

WIOTTO is not liable for failure to perform, delay, cancellation, disruption, additional costs, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, storms, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, visa restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, airport closures, supplier insolvency, technical failures, cyber incidents, utility failures, local authority actions, or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Where possible, WIOTTO will provide reasonable assistance, but additional costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

28. Problems During Travel and Complaints

If a problem occurs during your trip, you must report it immediately to the relevant Travel Supplier and to WIOTTO as soon as reasonably possible.

This allows the issue to be addressed while you are still travelling.

If the matter is not resolved during your trip, you should submit a written complaint to WIOTTO within 14 days of the end of your travel arrangements, including relevant details, photographs, receipts, and supporting documents.

Failure to report an issue during your trip may limit our ability to assist and may affect any claim you later make.

29. Limitation of Liability

WIOTTO will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIOTTO is not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of enjoyment caused by matters outside our control, supplier acts or omissions, independently booked flights, visa or passport issues, weather disruption, events beyond our control, inaccurate information supplied by you, or losses that could reasonably have been covered by travel insurance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

30. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, check all booking details, pay on time, obtain valid travel documents, arrange suitable travel insurance, comply with Travel Supplier rules, respect local laws, notify us of flight changes, and report problems as soon as possible.

You are responsible for any loss, delay, cost, or issue caused by inaccurate information, late payment, failure to meet travel requirements, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

31. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The WIOTTO website may be used only for lawful personal travel planning and booking purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, copy content, interfere with security, upload harmful code, misrepresent your identity, or use the website for fraudulent purposes.

All original WIOTTO content, design, layout, graphics, logos, search tools, presentation format, and website materials are owned by or licensed to WIOTTO. Supplier images, descriptions, and materials may be owned by the relevant suppliers or licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

32. Privacy and Data Protection

WIOTTO collects and processes personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange bookings, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal data may be shared with Travel Suppliers, payment providers, and other relevant parties where necessary to arrange your booking.

Your use of WIOTTO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

33. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to WIOTTO updates or request offers, we may send you travel inspiration, accommodation recommendations, destination updates, promotions, and special offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Service-related messages about enquiries, bookings, payments, travel documents, or support are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.

34. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to WIOTTO, you grant WIOTTO permission to use it for website, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless you state otherwise in writing.

WIOTTO may edit submitted content for clarity, length, spelling, grammar, or formatting, provided the meaning is not materially changed.

You must not submit content that is false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.

35. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a payment, you should contact WIOTTO before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where a chargeback or dispute is raised incorrectly, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, WIOTTO reserves the right to recover the disputed amount, supplier charges, bank fees, payment provider fees, administrative costs, legal costs, and any other losses incurred.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

36. Changes to These Terms

WIOTTO may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version published on the WIOTTO website at the time of booking will normally apply to that booking, unless otherwise required by law.

You should review these Terms and Conditions before making a booking.

37. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply in your country of residence.
