This helps us to build knowledge on areas such as traffic, location and user preferences. In addition it assists us to test and improve our website accessibility and content. For example, if you purchase a hotel booking from us, then under this policy you will have consented to your personal information being used by us, being provided to that hotel to enable your accommodation to be booked and being used by the hotel.


Your rights in relation to your information

If you provide personal information to us, you will have the opportunity at the time to tell us if you are happy for us to contact you subsequently, or if you would prefer for us not to contact you (otherwise than as may be necessary in connection with a booking or purchase or provision of products and services requested by you).
If any of the information which we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will correct it. You may ask us to remove any information that is no longer up to date.  You may change or withdraw any consent you have given, for example in relation to receipt of marketing emails, by notifying us at any time.

Keeping and storing your information
