Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa restaurants and bars

  • Le Vanille. The resort's main restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is located on a hill among the trees and offers the best views of the Taha’a lagoon and lush tropical gardens. Le Vanille is a great place to start your day with a huge selection of freshly squeezed juices, delicious Danish muffins, French Pain Perdu, tropical fruits, hot and cold buffets. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00. Dinner - from 19:00 to 21:30 with a menu of local and international dishes. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also available. Every Tuesday, the restaurant hosts Polynesian culinary evenings with vibrant show programs.
  • La Plage is open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00. The chef's beachfront restaurant offers fresh salads, delicious grilled fish or grilled meats, sashimi and the famous Poisson Cru - pickled tuna salad with vegetables, lime juice and fresh coconut milk.
  • Ohiri is a gourmet restaurant. The chef will delight in creative French-Polynesian fusion cuisine. An experienced sommelier will choose a bottle of the best wine from the local cellar. Prior reservation is required.
  • Manuia Bar. The beach bar offers great drinks and light snacks.
  • Tehutu is an excellent place for an evening cocktail with local chef snacks.

Tavai Spa

Tavai Spa will awaken your senses, calm your mind and energize your body. In the salon you can enjoy the ancient art of Polynesian massage. The spa is located in a beautiful exotic garden, surrounded by bamboo trees, overlooking the resort's inner lagoon.

Most procedures use monoi oil with added flowers. A wide range of massages, body scrubs and body wraps, rituals for couples are available. At your service:

Excursions

Taha’a is known as vanilla island. Explore plantations, see how vanilla flowers are hand-pollinated and how beans are sun-dried. Visit pearl farm and discover how they are nurtured before being used in jewelry pieces. Take a tour to the magnificent historical island of Raiatea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Diving and snorkeling

Surrounded by pristine waters, the resort is steps away from an impressive coral garden. Warm Tahitian waters - one of the best places for diving in the world! Take a mask and snorkel to explore the reefs with your children or scuba dive for an unforgettable experience.

Activities

  • Fitness center. Keep fit in the gym with panoramic views of the turquoise lagoon, excellent audio system and modern equipment.
  • Activities. An active hike around the resort can be a great start of the day. If you take a boat to the main island of Taha’a, you can enjoy alternative walks or jogging. Transfer to Taha’a is free until 17:00.
  • Tennis court, located next to the fitness center, offers daytime and nighttime workouts with good lighting. The equipment is available at the reception.

Transfer: you can get to Taha’a island from Raiatea, where the closest airport is located. The hotel provides its own speedboat transfer which takes about 35 minutes.
