Mandarin Resort Oriental Maldives will be located on three private islands of the artificial reef Bolidhuffaru in the South Male Atoll, 17 kilometers from the capital of the Maldives . It will be the first resort of the luxury brand Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group . The hotel is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The resort will offer its guests 120 separate villas, including 56 overwater and 64 beach villas. For lovers of luxury, there are 10 exclusive residences. Nowhere will be an exclusive private island dedicated to wellness and privacy, featuring an eight-bedroom presidential villa and a three-bedroom overwater villa.
