All-inclusive hotels in the Seychelles: best options for a holiday

There are not many all-inclusive hotels in the Seychelles. Most offer breakfast, half board or full board, while a true All Inclusive package is much less common. It is worth noting that the same All Inclusive label when booking does not necessarily mean the same range of services: at one hotel it may include three meals a day and drinks, while at another it may include a wider choice of restaurants, alcohol, a minibar and additional privileges.

How All Inclusive works in the Seychelles

In the Seychelles, the All Inclusive system is not as straightforward as at popular package-holiday destinations, for example the Maldives. There is no single standard: each hotel decides independently which restaurants, dishes and drinks are available to guests under the programme.

Depending on the resort, All Inclusive may include:

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner;
  • buffet or à la carte meals;
  • soft drinks;
  • a selected range of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails;
  • minibar replenishment;
  • certain activities or additional services.

Premium alcohol, special dishes, private dinners, room service and some restaurants may be charged separately. Therefore, before booking it is worth looking not only at the name of the rate but also at its exact conditions.

The location of the hotel also matters. On the main island of Mahé, especially in the Beau Vallonarea, it is easy to leave the resort and have dinner at another restaurant. On remote islands, the choice is limited to the resort's own infrastructure, so an extended meal plan is often more practical.

Let's look at which Seychelles hotels can offer maximum comfort without worrying about meals.

Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island

Four Seasons occupies the entire Desroches Island: there are no other hotels, and the coastline stretches for about 14 kilometres. The island is around a 35-minute flight from Mahé. With such a location, an extended meal plan is especially convenient because all restaurants and bars are within the only hotel on the island.

For your stay, you can choose the Castaway All-Inclusive. It includes:

  • meals in the hotel's restaurants and bars, including à la carte dishes and weekly themed dinners at Claudine;
  • house wines, local beer, spirits and cocktails from the included selection;
  • juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water;
  • daily minibar replenishment in the villa.

Not all dining options are included in All Inclusive. Villa service, private dinners, beach picnics and other special programmes are charged separately. The flight between Mahé and Desroches is also not included in the package.

Important: Castaway All-Inclusive is available on selected dates and for a minimum stay of three nights. Availability of the rate should be checked for the specific travel dates.

Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island

Waldorf Astoria is located on the small Platte Island. It can only be reached by plane, which lands on the island's own airstrip. There is only one hotel and 50 villas on the island, each with a private pool and beach access.

At Waldorf Astoria, you can book an All Inclusive stay. The programme covers not only the main meals but also drinks and some additional services. Depending on the conditions of the selected rate, the package includes:

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner from the menu;
  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the selection included in the package;
  • selected minibar items with daily replenishment;
  • non-motorised water activities, including kayaks and paddleboards;
  • some wellness activities.

Waldorf Astoria has several restaurants and bars, but the All Inclusive rate does not mean that absolutely every dining experience is free. Private dinners, floating breakfasts, villa barbecues, masterclasses and other special programmes may be charged separately.

Platte is far from the main islands of the Seychelles, so All Inclusive solves a very practical issue here: there are simply no alternative restaurants outside the resort. When booking, it is worth checking the current package contents, which depend on the conditions of the chosen rate.

STORY Seychelles

STORY Seychelles is located in the north-west of Mahé, directly on the popular Beau Vallon Beach. Unlike remote island resorts, travellers here are not limited to the hotel grounds: cafés, restaurants and shops are nearby. Therefore, All Inclusive at STORY is more a matter of convenience than necessity.

The All Inclusive plan provides meals in the hotel's restaurants and drinks throughout the day. The package includes:

  • breakfast in the main restaurant, and lunch and dinner in the restaurants specified by the package conditions;
  • selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks;
  • cocktails, beer and wines from the programme selection;
  • daily minibar replenishment with selected drinks.

It is important to note that the All Inclusive menu does not cover every item. Premium alcohol brands, champagne, certain dishes and special dining programmes are charged extra.

STORY has another advantage - its location. If you want to spend part of your holiday without travelling around the island, the package removes the need for daily payments for lunch, dinner and drinks. On days when you explore Mahé, you can discover local restaurants and Creole cuisine outside the hotel. Before booking, compare the cost of All Inclusive with Half Board for your own holiday plans.

Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa

Savoy is located directly on Beau Vallon Beach on Mahé. It is about 25 minutes by car from the airport, while the capital Victoria is even closer. The area is quite lively by Seychelles standards, so there is certainly no need to book All Inclusive because of a lack of nearby restaurants.

Savoy offers a full All Inclusive package with three meals a day:

  • breakfast - buffet at Grand Savoy from 07:00 to 10:30;
  • lunch - à la carte at any hotel restaurant from 12:00 to 15:00;
  • dinner - themed buffet at Grand Savoy from 19:00 to 22:30;
  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in bars and restaurants - from 11:00 to 23:00.

The drinks list is quite broad: the programme includes local beer, wines, sparkling wine, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee. Food and drinks ordered to the room are charged separately. The package is subject to availability and may not be available on certain dates.

Coral Strand Smart Choice

This hotel has an advantage: All Inclusive can be added directly during booking by upgrading from the basic rate to All Inclusive. It is not simply full board given a more attractive name - throughout the day the package includes both meals and drinks.

Guests receive:

  • breakfasts and themed buffet dinners;
  • à la carte lunches in the hotel's restaurants;
  • unlimited drinks in bars and restaurants throughout the day, from 10:30 to 22:30.

Room Service is not included in the programme. There is a restriction: drinks ordered under All Inclusive cannot be taken outside the restaurants and bars.

The 4-star Coral Strand hotel is located directly on Beau Vallon - one of Mahé's busiest beaches. Therefore, there is no need to rely on hotel restaurants for the entire holiday.

Cousine Island

Cousine Island does not have a classic All Inclusive plan, but the basic rate is quite close to this format in terms of what it includes. Three meals a day, non-alcoholic drinks and some island activities are already included in the price. The main difference is that alcohol is charged separately.

Cousine is a small private island near Praslin, where there are no outside restaurants or other tourist infrastructure. Therefore, when choosing a rate, it is especially important to understand which expenses are already included in the stay.

The basic package includes:

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner;
  • soft drinks, juices and water;
  • use of kayaks and paddleboards;
  • guided walks around the island and birdwatching;
  • introduction to the coral reef and conservation projects;
  • snorkeling off the coast of Cousin Island;
  • Wi-Fi, housekeeping and laundry services.

Special packages with additional bonuses are available on some dates. For example, current offers for the period from April 2026 to April 2027 include one massage per guest during the stay.

The main difference from full All Inclusive is the drinks. Alcohol is not included in the basic rate. Spa treatments, diving, fishing, yacht and catamaran excursions, as well as the transfer to the island, are charged separately.
