The resort offers a variety of restaurants, from the exclusive Asian Curieuse to the poolside snack restaurant. The menu pays special attention to fresh seafood and organic ingredients. Fish is bought from local fishermen, and fruit and vegetables from farmers.

Located on Silhouette Island, 93% of which is a national park, Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa takes care to preserve the unique natural environment. The resort has introduced a food waste recycling program and also installed a water bottling plant on Mount Dauban - the highest peak on Silhouette Island. Water is filtered and bottled in reusable glass bottles. A complete refusal of single-use plastic is planned.
